Apartments
You can choose between double rooms (shared with another student) or single rooms. Apartments have between two to twelve bedrooms, singles and / or doubles and all share common areas: several bathrooms, refrigerators and washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen and living room. The apartments are usually shared between two and ten students.
Host family
We work with Spanish families. They're simple and kind people, and they are very used to receiving foreign students. Almost all live about twenty to twenty-five minutes from our school by public transport, some even at a walking distance. Some families have children, others are families who do not follow the usual pattern. Almost all accept special diets, have precaution in case of allergies, respect the beliefs regarding meals, etc. By living with a Spanish family you will participate in their daily life and get to know our culture better. To complement Spanish learning, the family will talk to the student in Spanish in a usual way.
Hostel
If you prefer to stay in a hostel, we also offer you this option. The hostels are very close to the school, with complete bathroom inside the room. You can choose single or double rooms. Reservations for double rooms are only accepted for two people.
Student's residence
We have been working for several years with a university residence located just 20 minutes walk from our school. Students get treated as family. The residence features single and double rooms and offer catering, half board or full board. The bathrooms and showers are in the hallways and are often shared for every two or three rooms. Laundry once a week is included. The residence also has: free internet service, library, TV room, hobby room, etc.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The school accommodation is available from the Sunday previous to the start of the language course until the Saturday after the last day of class. If you want to enter before or leave later, you can book extra nights (providing that there are vacancies). You can get arrive on the Sunday before the course starts between 12:00 and 17:00. There is usually a person during those hours at the apartment to greet you.
Please warn us if you will not arrive at this time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. You can tell us by telephone or fax or even better by e-mail. You will have to leave your accommodation on the Saturday after your last day of class at 12:00.
If you have chose to stay with a host family, you will have to indicate the time of arrival, for us to inform the family who will be receiving you. If you chose a hostel, you can arrive at any time.
